Every donation to our church’s work helps us, for example, to pay our staff, hold regular worship services, and foster a vibrant church community in our beautiful parish hall on the Zietenterrassen.
We are funded exclusively by voluntary donations from our members and friends. We also occasionally receive small grants from the City of Göttingen or from foundations, particularly for programs aimed at young people.
Regular DonationEvery single donation is valuable. As a congregation, it helps us if you set up a standing order to send us your donation regularly. This allows us to better plan our expenses. Thank you very much!

Feel free to consider before God how much you would like to give: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Because we believe that donating 10% of one’s income is a good guideline, we as a congregation also pass on at least 10% of our donations to other nonprofit organizations, humanitarian projects and institutions, or churches.
The regular monthly donations from many members and friends form the foundation of our church’s financial stability. Thank you for your support.
Your donation supports the work of FeG Göttingen. These donations help cover the costs of staff salaries, building maintenance, and the various ministries of the church.
As a public-law corporation, we are recognized as a nonprofit organization. Accordingly, all donations are used exclusively for church-related purposes.
You will automatically receive a donation receipt as long as you include your name and address in the payment description for your bank transfer or PayPal transaction. We typically send out donation receipts at the beginning of each year. If you need one sooner, please feel free to contact us.
